About The Diary

  • This diary has been introduced as a record of the ethics and value of the school and the expectations from the student community.
  • Do go though the rules and regulations in this diary.
  • The diary must be carried to school along with the identity card every day by the students.
  • Parents are requested to look into this personally.

Parent Teacher Interaction

  • The school expects parents to attend all parent teacher meetings (PTMS) held during the year.
  • Report cards are handed over only to parents and not to students.

SCHOOL RULES AND REGULATIONS

Admission Rules:-

  • The school session is from April to March.
  • Parents/Guardians seeking admission for their wards shall apply in the month of December with the prescribed registration fee.
  • An admission test is held in January each year to ascertain the grade to which a student may be admitted.
  • Only such candidates who have had their names registered in December will be eligible to sit for the admission test.
  • Admission test is compulsory for all candidates seeking fresh admission to school.
  • No candidate will be admitted unless he/she has appeared in the test and qualified for the class to which admission is sought.
  • Parents/Guardians are instructed to fill-in the admission forms with utmost accuracy. No changes will be permitted thereafter, for any reason whatsoever.
  • The correct date of birth of the applicant will be supported with a proper certificate and it will not be changed later.
  • A transfer certificate will be required from the candidates coming from another school.

Vacation Rules:-

  • The school has two long vacations during the year & other holidays are specified in the school calendar. These are not to be extended or anticipated.
  • Attendance will be compulsory on the re-opening day after each holiday.
  • Students failing to abide by this rule expose themselves to disciplinary action.

Disciplinary Rules:-

  • In no way should students disfigure the walls of the school. Scribbling on the walls is strictly prohibited.
  • Any damage done to the school property will be compensated by the pupil concerned.
  • Running, playing or shouting inside the school building is strictly prohibited.
  • No student is expected to be in the classroom during recess.
  • All correspondence should be addressed to the principal.
  • All students who wish to use the telephone should get permission from the Principal and pay rupees three (Rs. 3.00/- ) only for each call.
  • No student is allowed to leave the classroom without the permission of the teacher.
  • Students are expected to come to school with lessons revised and home work done.
  • Students should come to school neatly dressed (clean uniform, nails trimmed, shoes polished).
  • Girl students are not allowed to apply mehndi, wear jewellery or have their nails polished etc.
  • The school is not responsible for the goods lost by the students. They are advised to bring expensive articles to school.
  • Student should take care of their books and exercise book. They should write name, roll no., subject and class on each of them.
  • Students are expected to bring their Tiffin with them and parents are requested to discourage students to bring money and buy outside food.
  • All students are expected to take an active part in all the co-curricular activities.
  • Smoking and chewing gums, gutkah, pan masala are strictly prohibited on the school premises.
  • Students should treat others respectfully and are responsible for others good name. calling nicknames spreading rumours etc. is strictly probhited.
  • School diary should be brought to school daily and magazines, Newspapers, etc. are not to be brought to school.
  • No student is allowed to offer any gift (cash/kind) whatsoever to any teaching/non-teaching staff.

Fees Payment Rules 2021-22:-

  • Only online mode of payment of school fees will be accepted in the bank through ANY debit card (ATM) if there is no ANY account then others bank user can pay through internet banking system.
  • Bank charges if applicable as per bank norms will be collected.
  • After 15th of every a moth fine of Rs. 100/- per month will be charged for late payment of tuition fee and transport fee separately.
  • If the fee remains unpaid till 15th day of the next month, the name of the student will automatically be struck off the rolls and Re-admission charge of Rs. 500/- will have to be paid.
  • All outstanding dues will be payable along with the fees for the month of February & will March. It must be paid by the 15th of January itself, failing which the student will not be allowed to appear in the Examination.
  • Those seeking admission in the mid-session shall have to pay the fees from the beginning of the session itself.
  • Advance payment of fees will be accepted.
  • The school reserves the right to amend policies, rules and regulations without prior notice

Conveyance Rules:-

  • The use of the school bus is available on payment of quarterly charges.
  • Non-payment of monthly bus fee will lead to a fine of Rs. 100.00 per month.
  • The school reserves the right to withdraw transport services of any transport fee-defaulter after 15th of a month.
  • Bus charge will be paid for 12 months (Including Holidays) of calendar year. Bus fees of May & June are payable in the month of April and bus fee of March Fees Payable along with the bus fee of Jan.
  • Students wishing to discontinue the use of school conveyance should inform the school authorities in writing atleast 90 days before the actual date of discontinuation of bus facility.
  • Request for discontinuation of Bus facility will not be entertained during last quarter of the session. Full month fee shall be charged for partical use of the conveyance.
  • In case of failure of the bus service due to breakdown, traffic congestion of some other valid reason, alternative arrangement is to be made by the parents.
  • School reserves the right to change/revise bus fee as per hike in diesel cost and other expense.

Bus Rules:-

  • Students need to be punctual at the stop.
  • They need to wait for the bus to come to half before boarding.
  • They must be seated in the bus at all times and stand only once the bus to a half.
  • The bus must not be littered.
  • Students must ensure they do not throw anything from the bus windows and doors.
  • Students must not put their hands and hands out of the window while the bus is moving.

Library Rules:-

  • The decorum of the library is to be maintained at all times.
  • All students (std. IV to Std. VIII) may borrow a book from the library for a week.
  • Strict silence shall be observed in the library and the reading room.
  • Students keeping the book longer than the time permitted will be fined Rs. 1 Per Day.
  • Any damage whatsoever any book borrowed by a student has to be made right by the borrower, hence the students are advised to draw librarian’s attention to the damage (if any) of books about to be borrowed.
  • Each pupil is entitled to take out on loan one book at a time while each teacher is entitled to take out two books at a time and keep the same for 15 days.
  • Periodical publications, Dictionaries Guides and other costly reference books shall not be lent out.
  • Issue of book may at any time be suspended by order of the Principal.
  • Book should be wrapped and used.
  • All books taken from the library should be returned two weeks before the examination.
